Be really really extra careful when you start listening to this new set by CFCF, put up by/on #dopewave scanner Bummer Bit.
Why?
Because if you're like me, you're going to press play, and next thing you know you've got half a day's worth of stubble and realize it's dark outside. This is a long ride through space on some chill samples powered by layers that vary from the chill and echo-filled, all the way to dance speed. There's a huge stable of verses present here and slowed down.You can dance to this (do that slow groove), or you can just vibe out. I could have just put this on at night and eventually seen the sun come up, surrounded by passed out Robert Californias after a night of chemical- fueled hour-long seshes of interpretative dance. You probably want a good balance of the two extremes tho.
Note-
I especially love about 35 minutes into "Do U Like Night Bus?" because it samples this song. Fuckin' Jackie Chain. Rollin' rollin' rollin'.
